Flexon Flexidock® Mechanical Dock Leveler Series EDS The Flexidock® Series EDS dock leveler is designed to offer a low-maintenance bridge between your building and the trailer at your dock. The Series EDS dock leveler requires no external power sources, so that energy costs and initial investment costs are greatly reduced. The EDS mechanical dock leveler includes the following standard features: A yieldable mechanical lip assembly features spring-assisted extension and a positive lip locking with impact release feature Our rigid base frame construction is crafted from welded structural steel and includes rear hinge supports and night locks. The maintenance bar fully locks the main lift assembly and is bolted to the base assembly. Retractable safety legs prevent the assembly from free-falling. Automatic & Hydraulic Dock Levelers

HEAVY-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Leveler The HEAVY-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers are the ultimate in strength, convenience and reliability. The platform is a unitized welded structure with continuous welds at the beam, header plate and lugs for maximum strength. The deck plate, lip plate, beam sections and lugs are constructed of minimum 50-55,000 PSI yield material. Standard center deck beam and welded side guards provide additional deck plate support. The continuous rear hinge provides side-to-side tilt with no pinch point. Hydraulic power for smooth, efficient operation The power unit is a frame mounted integral assembly fully tested and oil filled. The motor is a totally enclosed non-ventilated type available in all voltages. SUPER-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Leveler The SUPER-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers are the ultimate in strength, convenience and reliability with full hydraulic powered deck and lip functions controlled by a single push button. Available in 60 to 150,000 lb. capacities. Standard features include full operating range telescoping side guards, fall protection velocity fuse and a comprehensive warranty. The hydraulic power unit is a frame mounted integral assembly, fully tested and oil filled. The motor is a totally enclosed non-ventilated type available in all voltages. DUAL-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Leveler The DUAL-DUTY™ Series Hydraulic Dock Levelers are a major break through in simplicity, strength, convenience and reliability. The patented system utilizes a single hydraulic cylinder to lift the deck and extend the lip with a push of a button. Simple and easy to operate. These levelers feature a unitized welded structures with continuous welds at the beam, header plate and lug connections for maximum strength. A standard center deck beam and welded side guards provide additional deck plate support. BARRIER™ Series Hydraulic Dock Leveler (Safety Barrier Lip) The BARRIER™ Series of Hydraulic Levelers are the ultimate in strength and safety. The stay-put barrier lip prevents accidental fall-off when in a stored position. The platform is a unitized welded structure with continuous welds at the beam, header plate and lugs for maximum strength. The deck plate, lip plate, beam sections and lugs are constructed of minimum 50-55,000 PSI yield material. The beams are formed channel or 6" structural wide flange with welded side guards to provide additional strength. The continuous rear hinge provides side-to-side tilt with no pinch point.
