Flexible Dock Shelters - 700 Series

The Flexon Weather-Shield 700 Series dock shelter is the most flexible concept in loading dock shelter design today. This shelter is designed to service both the 8.0' and 8'6" wide trailers. The 700 series offers:

Rigid Dock Shelters - 600 Series - Model D10

The 600 Series model D10 dock shelter is a wolmanized wood frame construction covered on top and bottom with translucent panels to allow light into the loading area. Flexible reinforcement in the face panels permit constant flexing with loss of sealing capacity.

Standard Features Include:

• Head face panel - thick double reinforced PVC, one piece construction in blue or black
• Side face panel is same as head panel
• Yellow guide strip
• Bottom cushions are foam filled independent of face panel for easy replacement.
• Side frames - 2"x4" with cross and diagonal bracing, wolmanized lumber, with translucent vinyl, shatter proof sides to allow light in.
• Aluminum trim on head and side frames for a finished appearance

• Large door openings over 10' x 10'
• Wide range of truck height coverage
• Excessive grades
• Trucks with extended tailgates

Flexible Dock Shelters - 600 Series - Model H40

The 600 Series model H40 dock shelter features fiberglass stays sewn into the face panels to create a tight seal around the truck yet remain flexible. Additional heavy duty wear areas are standard on all three models.

• Head panels available in 3 tough materials.
• Wear flaps provide extra wear resistance in critical areas.
• Wear Strip - 7"w x full height of side panel.
• Foam bead located on leading edge of each side panel to ensure a good seal.
• Bottom cushion and facing foam filled, independent of side curtains for easy replacement.
• Aluminum trim on head and side frames for a finished appearance
