Loading Dock Shelters
A loading dock shelter extends from the face of the loading dock to wrap around the sides and top of the trailer creating a barrier or shelter against wind rain and snow. Trucks back into the shelter causing the face panels to wrap around the trailer for a weather type seal. Personnel and equipment work inside under positive protection, eliminating damage to merchandise by rain, snow, wind, hot or cold weather.

Rigid Dock Shelter Pentalift PS-400
Features
The PS-400 Rigid dock shelter is designed to allow complete, unobstructed access to the rear of a truck/trailer for easier loading/unloading operations. The curtains of the shelter seal the top and sides of the trailer by exerting pressure through stays (fiberglass spring material) built into the top and side curtains. Standard units are supplied with bottom draft pads and heavy-duty structural steel protective guards.

Ultima Dock Shelter Pentalift PS-470
Features:
The PS-470 Ultima Dock Shelter is a unique design permitting full access to the rear door. This model of dock shelter is an alternative to the rigid side frames of a conventional dock shelter. The soft sided foam frame design takes incidental impact from the incoming vehicle without damage to the shelter frame.

Retractable Dock Shelter Pentalift PS-500
Features
The PS-500 Retractable dock shelter is best suited for facilities with large doors and where the entire truck/trailer door opening must be unobstructed. The PS-500 retractable dock shelter retracts upon impact from off-center trucks without sustaining damage. All metal components are aluminum to provide a clean, aesthetically pleasing look. The PS-500's structural members are custom-extruded tube made from aluminum, a corrosion resistant material which offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio. Fiberglass stays, which are built into the curtains, exert sufficient pressure to seal the top and sides of the truck/trailer once it is in position at the loading dock.

Rigid Inflatable Dock Shelter Pentalift PSI-450
Features
The PSI-450 Rigid Inflatable dock shelter is the ideal choice to allow complete, unobstructed access to the rear of a truck/trailer for easier loading/unloading. The air bags of the PSI-450 inflate quickly to contact both the top and sides of the truck/trailer for the most effective seal. The inflatable air bags retract back behind the protective curtains when not in use. The unit is supplied complete with bottom pads and heavy-duty, structural steel protective guards.

Retractable Inflatable Dock Shelter Pentalift PSI-550
Features
The PSI-550 Retractable Inflatable dock shelter design has no projecting framework in the contact areas. This prevents shelter damage due to truck/trailer impact. It works exceptionally well in tight applications or where trailers have to "jack-knife" into position. The PSI-550 inflates around the sides and top of the trailer to provide for full, unobstructed access to the rear of the trailer for uncomplicated loading/unloading operations.

Inflatable Rail Shelter Pentalift PSI-650
Features
The PSI-650 inflatable rail shelter provides the most effective weather-protected passageway between a rail car and the loading dock. When activated, the PSI-650 inflates to contact the rail car to create and maintain a positive seal. This results in a reduction in heating/cooling costs, it protects' products and increases safety. When not in use, the unit rests deflated against the building wall.
Nordock FF FoamFrame™ Series Dock Shelters
A Foam Sided Shelter with Superior Sealing Capability
The FoamFrame™ Series Dock Shelter features memory core foam sides that eliminate damage due to off center loading. The vertical curtains, with stiffeners, provide a maximum weather tight seal, a safer dock environment and unrestricted access to the trailer. The head curtain contains stiffeners, protective corner reinforcement pleats and wind retention straps. Standard bottom corner pads reduce energy loss between the curtain and the side members. The rigid head frame is sloped for water drainage and topped with a translucent cover to allow in natural light.

Nordock DS Series Rigid Frame Dock Shelter
The DS Series Dock Shelter provides maximum dock protection and full access for the greatest range of trailer widths and heights. The DS Series features high wear resistant fabric with double lock stitched seams, bottom corner draft pads, 36” head curtain with stiffeners, protective corner reinforcement pleats and wind retention straps.
The raked header with a translucent top provides natural light and allows for water drainage.
Nordock RF RetractaFrame Dock Shelter
The versatile RetractaFrame™ Series Dock Shelter provides unrestricted access to the back of the trailer during loading operations. The rugged steel frame is built to yield when hit by an off-center trailer, preventing shelter and dock wall damage.
The RF Series features multiple fabric choices with double lock stitched seams, sloped header, 36" drop curtain with protective corner wear flaps and retention straps.
The bottom corner pads reduce energy loss between the curtain and side members.
Nordock IS-950 Series Inflatable Dock Shelter
The IS-950 Series Inflatable Dock Shelter pushes tight against the side and the top of the trailer to keep out inclement weather and reduce energy loss. The shelter inflates once the trailer is secured.
The unique retraction system quickly deflates the vinyl bag, and returns to the stored position once loading operations are complete.
The IS Series features high wear resistant fabric with double lock stitching, rigid frame with translucent side and top covers and head mounted motor and blower.
