Flexon SteelMaster® 2500 Rolling Steel Doors:
For exterior doorways up to 16' W x 15' H, the Steel-Master ® 2500 roll up industrial steel door is constructed from solid 20-gauge galvanized, non-insulated steel. The springless design prevents many of the maintenance problems typical of industrial steel doors. In addition, the panel slats and side tracks promise long life, because no metal contact exists between them.
The Steel-Master 2500 is driven by a rugged 1-1/2 HP direct-drive high-torque 90-degree motor, offered with a five-year unlimited cycle warranty.
Standard 24v electric reversing edge and reversing photocells on both sides of the doorway will prevent closing upon objects that cross the doorway opening.
Optional features include an in-line motor to allow for manual chain hoist options; and an optional solid, 24-gauge galvanized, insulated steel panel. A non-insulated perforated panel is also available, as well as a weatherhood.

An ideal industrial rolling steel door for larger exterior doorways, the springless design of the Steel-Master ® 3500 offers strength and reliability for doorways up to 18' W X 20' H. The panel is constructed from 18-gauge galvanized, non-insulated steel. In addition, the panel slats and side tracks promise long life, because no metal contact exists between them.
The Steel-Master 3500 is driven by a 3 HP direct-drive high-torque 90-degree motor, offered with a five-year unlimited cycle warranty.

MAHON - Door Underwriters Rolling Steel Doors:
Can be installed on openings requiring fire labeled closures. In the event of fire these doors will close automatically upon the melting of the fusible link, and/or release by smoke detection devices, and prevent the passage of flame and smoke. Under normal usage they operate with the same ease as service doors. Thru wall fusible links are available as an optional item.
Mahon Underwriters doors may be operated manually, by hand chain, by hand cranks or by motor operation.

Operation for medium to larger doors, method of operation is through shafting and precision cut cast iron reduction gears.

RM Series MOTOR OPERATION
Recommended for all size doors when ease of, or remote operation is desired. This method of operation offers many optional control features.
